Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it goes into production before being shipped.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

During sales, new launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, PING999 may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

PING999 reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes or high-risk orders.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

PING999 cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately to request an address update.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, PING999 ships only within India.

We hope to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
